1. Service Scope

The Massage Giver provides mobile massage therapy services across select locations in the Florida Panhandle. All services are by appointment only and subject to availability.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent. For prenatal massage, clients must be in their second or third trimester and provide a physician’s note if required.

3. Health Disclosure

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, recent surgeries, injuries, or health concerns before receiving a massage. This ensures safety and appropriate care. The Massage Giver is not liable for conditions not disclosed prior to the session.

4. Professional Boundaries

All sessions are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future service.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Credit & Debit Card, HSA/FSA Credit Card  and eligible VA Benefits. Please contact us for VA eligibility verification.

7. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, medical risks, or inappropriate conduct.

8. Mobile Service Conditions

Clients are responsible for providing a clean, safe, and accessible space for their session. If a location is deemed unsuitable, the session may be canceled or rescheduled.

9. Liability Disclaimer

By receiving massage therapy services, clients acknowledge the potential for minor discomfort and agree that The Massage Giver and its staff are not responsible for any unintentional adverse effects.
